We are pleased to inform you that FLAMAZING Ltd. is implementing a project under administrative grant agreement BG16RFOP002-2.024-1207, project name: "Promoting entrepreneurship in FLAMAZING Ltd.", procedure BG16RFOP002-2.024 "Promoting entrepreneurship", Operational Programme "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.

The total cost of the project is: 218116.15 BGN, of which 148318.98 BGN European and 26173.94 BGN national co-financing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:

Flaming Ltd is an active company incorporated on 2018 with the registered office located in .

The main objective of this project is to ensure the sustainable and competitive development of the enterprise through the market implementation of an entrepreneurial idea falling within the sectors related to overcoming European and regional challenges, namely: commercial photography - photography for advertising, falling as an economic activity within the sector M 74.20 Activities in the field of photography.

The realisation of the entrepreneurial idea will have a direct positive social and environmental impact and it is in line with the thematic areas of the Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialisation.

The project will be implemented through the implementation of the following set of activities:
Activity 1: Marketisation of the entrepreneurial idea - which will include:
- a team of qualified personnel is formed, necessary for the implementation of the entrepreneurial idea;
- realised investments in fixed tangible assets creating the necessary technological prerequisites for the realisation of the entrepreneurial idea;
- a rented working room;
- a website of the Applicant, promoting the entrepreneurial idea and supporting its market implementation;
- developed market analysis and marketing plan for market realization, creating prerequisites for successful market realization, as a source of expert information for appropriate and tailored actions in this process.

Activity 2: Project visualization activity - which will ensure publicity and visualization of the project

OBJECTIVES:
The main (general) objective of the project:

To ensure the sustainable and competitive development of the enterprise by marketing an entrepreneurial idea falling within the sectors related to overcoming European and regional challenges, namely: commercial photography - photography for advertising, falling as an economic activity within sector M 74.20 Activities in the field of photography.

The specific objectives (SOs) of the project, leading to the achievement of its main (general) objective, are:

SO 1: To form a team of qualified personnel necessary for the implementation of the entrepreneurial idea - the subject of the project.
SO 2: To provide the necessary preconditions for the implementation of the service - the object of the project, by providing working space, creating conditions for the commissioning of the planned purchase of fixed assets and the work of qualified personnel.
SO 3: To create the necessary technological prerequisites for the successful market implementation of the entrepreneurial idea through the implementation of investments in fixed assets.
SO 4: To provide the necessary prerequisites for the successful market realization and effective promotion of the entrepreneurial idea through the development of a market analysis and marketing plan for its market realization and the creation of a website of the applicant.
SO 5: Ensure publicity and visibility of the project.

OUTCOMES:

Results of the implementation of the Activity for the realization on the market of the entrepreneurial idea (products-services) (The activity will be implemented through: 1.Hiring qualified staff - 3 experts; 2.Purchase of fixed assets 3.External services - for the creation of the applicant's website and for the development of a market analysis and marketing plan for market realization and 4. Rented working space) /part 1 and part 2/:

- Agreed plan for the procedures for the selection of contractors within the project - 1 issue;
- Conducted a procedure for selection of contractor by public invitation under the CEFMS/PMS 160 - for selection of contractor for supply of fixed assets - 1 issue;
- Contract(s) concluded with the selected contractor(s) for the delivery of the FTA;
- Delivered and commissioned FTA:
- Stationary workstations: 2
- Mobile workstations: 3
- Tablet: 1 piece
- Camera: 2 pieces
- Flash: 2 pieces
- Objects: 8 in total, 1 of each of the following types - type 1, type 2, type 3, type 4, type 5, type 6, type 7 and type 8
- Signed delivery acceptance protocols (DAP) - 2 pieces;
- Created the necessary technological prerequisites for delivering and marketing the entrepreneurial idea;
- Created the necessary technological prerequisites for sustainable development of the entrepreneurial idea;
- Selection procedures carried out by collecting not less than 2 tenders -
- for selection of a contractor for provision of external service for development of market analysis and marketing plan for market implementation of the entrepreneurial idea - 1 issue
- for the selection of a contractor for the creation of the website of the Applicant - 1 issue
- for rent of a working room - 1
- Selected contractors for external services and workspace rental - 3;
- Prepared market analysis and marketing plan for the market realization of the entrepreneurial idea - 1 issue, signed PPP for services and created prerequisites for successful market realization of the entrepreneurial idea as a result of the provided external service;
- Created website of the applicant - 1 issue, signed PPP for services, created prerequisites for the successful market realization of the entrepreneurial idea and its effective promotion on the target market, including a positive social effect;
- Contract for rent of working space and conditions for commissioning of the planned FTA and work of the qualified staff - for a period of 12 months within the project implementation period;
- Recruitment procedure carried out - in relation to the person to be recruited - part of the additional qualified staff - 1 person;
- Qualified staff employed - 3 experts in total;
- Qualified expert capacity to market the entrepreneurial idea, responsible for the overall implementation of the PI and with a commitment to sustainable employment by the Beneficiary;
- An entrepreneurial idea implemented on the market and its sustainable development ensured, including the competitive and sustainable development of the candidate enterprise in the long term.

Results of the project visualization activity (the activity will be implemented through the purchase of signs - 2 pieces and stickers - 36 pieces)

- Conducted a procedure for the selection of a contractor by the Beneficiary in accordance with the provisions of the EUSIF Act and the Guidelines of the Managing Authority of the Operational Programme "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020 - by collecting not less than 2 comparable offers - 1 number;
- Selected contractor - 1 piece;
- Information and publicity measures ensured in accordance with the applicable requirements and guidelines for the implementation of the 2014-2020 information and communication rules;
- Information and communication measures have been complied with for the establishment of the applicant's website, planned to be set up within the framework of the implementation of this project;
- Posters with information about the project (minimum size A3) prepared and placed in a visible place for the public in compliance with the applicable information and communication requirements - 2 pieces;
- Mention the EU contribution, the funding OP and ERDF support on each document related to project implementation;
- Information stickers prepared in compliance with the information and publicity requirements, placed on all FTA purchased under the project - 36 pieces.
